Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Diagnoses, repairs, and maintains a variety of marine engines and systems
- Performs routine service on outboards, inboards, and sterndrives
- Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues
- Conducts inspections and prepares vessels for customer delivery
- Maintains accurate service documentation
- Provides excellent customer service and communicates repair needs clearly
- Travels to surrounding lake communities to perform mobile service as needed
Qualifications / Requirements
- Experienced / Certified
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Mercury Outboard Certification
- Boating experience and inboard experience
- Marine experience of automotive service experience
