
Job Overview
This full-time Marine Technician role is responsible for diagnosing and repairing boats and Mercury motors and will expand our busy service department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and upgrades on a variety of boats in a timely, competent, and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as parts & service, to ensure all customer concerns are prioritized and addressed in an appropriate manner.
- Accurately document all service work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and other important details. Ensure customers are provided with appropriate documentation regarding services performed on their boat.
- Ensure all boats are being handled with care before, during, and after service has been performed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ensure all safety protocols are being followed when performing work to promote a safe working environment.
- Attend applicable service schools to maintain certification and continuous educational requirements. Stay updated on trends, tools and technologies related to work.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mid level experience (2-5 years) working on Mercury motors
- Current & valid driver’s license

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
