Job Overview
This full-time Boat Handler role is responsible for launching boats for customers and internal team members as well as moving boats around the Sales and Service Boat Yard. Join the team and enjoy a great work environment!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Move boats using equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Launch and retrieve boats from the water using ramps or hoists
- Clean, wash, and detail boats to maintain Sales and Service Boat Yard appearance
- Assist with staging boats for customer viewings and on-water demonstrations
- Perform basic inspections (battery checks, fuel levels, visual condition)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facilities
- Follow all safety procedures and marina/dealership policies
Qualifications / Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions with frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
